FDA City Faisalabad is commercial and residential scheme, its aim is “A City within a City”, included Water and Sewerage System, Electricity, Telephone, Sui Gas, Wide Carpeted Roads, Hospital, Parks and etc facilities.

FDA City Faisalabad Housing Scheme have divided into 6 blocks, A B C D E F
A-Block is main block, at front, behind with Motorway City, has main gate 35 feet high, main entrance (202 feet wide road), one entrance of 110 feet from Motorway City.
Further divided into 7 blocks A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 A6 A7, every block has own park, shopping area and mosque. “A” block has Jamia Masjid, Primary School, Play Ground, Five Star Hotel, Community Centre, Recreational Hall, Boys High School, Girls High School, Hospital, Sports Complex, Fire Station, Police Station and Petrol/CNG Station.
B-Block Main entrance from 202 feet wide road. Further divided into 4 blocks B1 B2 B3 B4, every block has own park, “B” block has Jamia Masjid, Primary School, Play Ground and Commercial Area.
C-Block has one main important entrance, this road is goes to Chak No 118 JB and Motor Way Bridge. Further divided into 6 blocks C1 C2 C3 C4 C5 C6, every block have own park, this block has Jamia Masjid, Primary School, Play Ground, Commercial Area and Graveyard, Wagon Stand. The main things about this block are that, EXPO Centre, Cricket Stadium and IMAX Theater are behind this block.
D-Block has main entrance from Millat Road and Millat Town. Further divided into 7 blocks D1 D2 D3 D4 D5 D6 D7, every block has own park, shopping area and school, this block has also Play Ground, Commercial Area, Jamia Masjid, Primary School, Wagon Stand. A little Lake is also flowing near this block.
E-Block has main entrance from Millat Road and Millat Town. Further divided into 7 Blocks E1 E2 E3 E4 E5 E6 E7, every block has own park, main block has Play Ground, Jamia Masjid, Commercial Area, and Primary School. A little Lake is also flowing near this block.
F-Block has 4 entrances; one is from main entrance of scheme, one is from Sarghodha Road, 2nd is also from Sarghodha Road’s City side, another from Existing Road, and one from Millat Town and Millat Road. Further divided into 7 blocks F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 F6 F7, every block has own park, this block has Commercial Area, Jamia Masjid, Primary School, this block has Grid Station, but soon this Station will move to another place out of Scheme, this block have also FDA Office Complex. A little Lake is also flowing near this block.
Roads in FDA City Faisalabad:-
Main road is 202 feet wide, divided scheme into 2 parts having 3 block on both sides. A, B and C at one side and F, E and D at other side. This road is near about 3 kilometer long have commercial area from beginning to end on both sides.
85 feet wide road separate the main Blocks (A B C D E F), 60 feet wide road separate the Sub Block (i.e. A1, A2 etc), and 40 feet wide road is smallest road
Development in FDA City Faisalabad:-
Development work is running. Water and Sewerage System, Electricity, and Sui Gas facilities are included in development. Work is starting from front blocks A and F, development of A block completed within 3 or 4 months, half of the development is completed in F block. Development of other blocks is also starting. Development charges are 7,500 per marla. NESPAK Ltd is consulting all kinds of Development, Mapping, and Designing works.
Categories/Types/Rates of Plots:-
Plots are available in 3 categories, 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal (20 Marla). These plots are Residential and not use as commercial. Only residential plots are available commercial plots will sale after completion of Development. Possession of A and F blocks will handing over soon. Possession of other blocks will handing over within 15-20 months.
2 types of plots are available Balloting (Quoranadazee) and Exemption (Land Owner or Zameendar Qouta). Development Charges are included in price of Balloting plots. Devlopment Charges are not included in Exempted plots.

Owners of Balloting Type plots paid total price of plot in 2 steps. 1st they paid 1/4 th of total with application and other amount in the shape of six equal installments. More then 90 % of Allotters have been paid their all dues

Transfer Letter if the plot is already stands transferred.
CVT Challan Form original for 1 Kanal plot.
Both Parties and Both Witness must be present on transaction.
