People are saying Punjab Govt is asking Rs 100/Sq foot for DHA 9 for stamp duty and same for CVT tax. DHA agenst association DHA Lahore and Punjab Govt in discussion to clear up things. This huge increase in Stampduty and CVT for DHA9 have halted all sale purchase and transfers for past few days.
