Can someone please explain what is the difference of location between following three Eden schemes: 1- Eden Residencia (Phase 1) 2- Eden Solar Homes 3- Eden Boulevard I visited Eden Boulevard (their recent scheme) and it is 2KM from Ameer Chowk just after Military Accounts scheme and it has entrance from main college road with a dedicated boulevard road leading to the scheme which starts 400 meters from college road. Eden Boulevard is actually located at left of this boulevard road. I heard that all these schemes are at college road but I am confused about exact location of Eden Residencia and Eden Solar Homes. Are these adjacent to each other and how can these three schemes be described on a map in relevance to Eden Boulevard. Thanks in advance!

Retired officer replied on Monday, March 7, 2011 06:40 PM PST There are two parties working with the name of Eden. In the past they were one group but due to conflict of interest they broke into two. Now they are working as: 1- Eden Housing 2- Eden Developers This project Eden Boulevard, Eden Residentia, etc are advertised by Eden Housing and they have the bad reputation. They are selling on project with many names and people get deceived due to name of Eden which in past, have been a success symbol. On the other hand Eden Developers started their project on Bedian Road. Up to my information Eden Developers are far better than Eden Housing. Commenting on the overall problems in Properties, I will say that unless the affected people jointly go to court and stage demonstrations against all culprit housing societies, the circumstances shall not change.

I and some of other colleagues got booked small houses in Eden Gardens Ferozepur Road. They promised to deliver in two years. Two and half years are passed but the progress is not more than 30%. With same speed they will take five more years for sure. They delayed construction by themselves, but sending notices to us for price escalation adjustment. I wonder how they are managing to sell their projects with many delayed ones.

DHA ph9, is just a file (not physical plot at the moment) and currently it is agri land / village / barran area / some thing like that. This will get developed in future based on DHA plans. First stage is balloting, then DHA will get development charges from file holders, then it will start developing and then hand over.

refund of money from eden housing dear friends. I am seeking for ur advise that i have stucked 20lakh with eden for their faisal abad project.mostly people knows due to some issues they could not develop.i applied for refund through OPF. But even after 1 year no result. So i decided to adjust in eden residencia phase 1. They are asking 25 lakh for 5 marla including development charges.while they announced 1750000 and 250000 as d.charges. I did all my efforts except court for refund and they asking me 5 lakh extqa than the orignal price.pls advise what i should do.

hasan replied on Monday, August 16, 2010 04:58 PM PST I will not give you advice but narate my story. I booked a flat in 2003 in Sanam Garden Chatthar, Islamabd. The builder has given in writing that if possession was not handed over within 90 days will pay Rs. 5000/- as rent. Up till this date neither paid any rent nor gave possession. I went to court March 2009 for claiming rent, the builder is not appearing since six hearings. case status us ex-party case which the court has to give decision in my favour but court is linger on without any reason, because the builder belong to elite and I to masses. The last date was 29 June and the next is 5 October where as CJ has directed to decide cases within six months. Do not go to court give them money.

I applied for refund but after 3 month nothing still. I went to eden office and i met Mr. Kashif and he told they are not refunding moneyand i can adjust in eden residencia and wait for more 4 years. I send application to CM and now case with DDR in Faisal Abad as well with OPF i dont know the current situation because now i am in Oman for One month.Let see what will happen.At this stage i almost loose my 21 lac which i hard earned in Gulf.when it will recover nobody knows.
