Taha, for 6 millon or less you can buy a very good location 10M
plot in DHA Phase 7 or if you can increase your budget, you can even buy 1 Kanal plot there.
Brother, if you want safe and secure investment with top class living then nothing compares to DHA and Phase 7 will be one of the best places to live in next three to five years. Make your decision after some good research. All the best.

Mr Taha in 7 million U can buy a good location + Possession
plot in sec C and E block in bahria town canal road lahore. The living standard in bahria town is much better then any other society in lahore including dha. Infrastructure + meantaince + security + commercial activities r really good. Famous schools, outlets, restaurants etc r activiely working in Bahria town. In short living in bahria town is simply marvelous and matchless. Rest u can do more reasearch by ur own. Best of luck

LRE and others. In daily rates the 1 Kanal file for DHA Bhawalpur is 31.5 lakh while on forms it was mentioned for 38 lakh. Is this one missing development charges or what? Why there is differnce in the prices. Please comment. thabks

Bahria Orchard phase2 is very good investment for near future and its development is in full swing, I visited Bahria orchard yesterday.land issues have solved almost.Bahria started development in remaining parts of C block near zoo and monument park on 80ft and 60 ft roads network.OlC is also the part of this development most of the roads completed in A and B Olc. Possession is expected very soon.Food shops and stores are open there in phase 1 and hustle and bustle in the market.It is the time to invest there.

Bahria orchard, you should buy 8m lco c block it is better than 10m Marla in phase one.8m price max 35 lac for good location.10m price max 48 lac for location.Future expectations of prices 8m would be 45+ right after possession (v.soon) and 10m 50+ as it gained much.(inshaAllah)

I am an overseas Pakistani. I own a 29 Marla plot at very good location in Intellectual Village, Bahria Town Phase-7, Rawalpindi. For the last one year I see that growth in Intellectual Village land has declined, in fact whole Bahria Rawalpindi has slow growth. I am contemplating selling this plot and buy any plot commercial or residential plot in DHA, Lahore for high growth in next 3-5years look ahead. Estimated selling price on my Intellectual Village plot could be 16-18 Million.

I request Property Experts to give advice whether to sell Intellectual Village plot and invest it in DHA, Lahore or hold it for 2-3 years more.
