I HAVE PASTED TWO TIMES REGARDING ABOVE SUBJECT BUT YOU HAVE NOT REPLIED. NOW THIRD TIME,

WHAT ISTHE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN M BLOCK OF DHA PHASE 5 EXT
AND THE ALOCATION ISSUED BY DHA READING DHA PHASE 5 EXT.

IS IT ALL THE SAME OR ANY DIFFRENCE PLS ELABORATE.

SECONDLY WHAT ABOUT THE BALLET,ANY APROX TIME,DATE ETC?

Some dealers do sell some DHA 5 extension files as M block files at rates 8 to 10 lacs higher than current price.

Personally I don’t see any difference in M block or any other DHA Lahore phase 5 extension files. I don’t think its justified to pay extra amount. I think all DHA 5 ext files will be located in M block of DHA Lahore phase 5

DEAR ALL FRIENDS & C M Y Sb,
ASLAMOALAIKUM

LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I INVESTED MY ALL HARD TIME EARNED MONEY IN YEAR 2004 IN PHASE 5 EXT.
AT THE TIME OF INVESTMENT I CHEKED WITH DHA AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WILL TAKE A YEAR OR A YEAR AND A HALF I BALLOTING OF PHASE 5 EXT. THE SIMILAR WORDING WAS GIVEN BY SOME FAMOUS PROPERTY DEALERS IN DHA.

LATER NOW DHA HAS BALLOTED FOR PHASE 6 ,7 ,8 ALONG WITH ANNOUNCING OTHER SCHEMS TOO. I AM UNABLE TO U/STAND WHY DHA HAS NOT DONE BALLET FOR PHASE 5 EXT.MORE. MANY MANY TIMES HAVE REQUESTED DHA TO TELL SOMETHING ON THE SAME, BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE.

MAY I REQUEST THE FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO HOLDING THE SAME ALOCATION, FILES TO MAKE A JOINT GROUP AND TO TAKE AN ACTION THROUGH THE SUPREME COURT DIRECTLY AGAINST DHA, BECAUSE OF SUCH LONG LONG LONG DELAY
I AM SURE MANY OTHER FRIENDS WOULD HV BEEN RUINED.

PLS COMMENT AND GIVE YOUR VIEWS ACCORDINGLY. AT THE SAME I REQUEST Mr. C M Y TOO TO GIVE HIS DETAILED OPEN, CMY Sb, PLS PLS HELP.

Yes CMY sahib, it is justified you cant give exact time of Ballot but you can give the reasons that why Phase 5 ext was not balloted for 8 years.

On of the largest road block was Lahore Ring road. Every year Punjab govt was keep changing maps of ring road. DHA was aware that ring road will most likely run on Khairey distributaries so they held the development of DHA Lahore Phase 5 extension till now. Since ring road was about 270 feet wide and had a huge interchange inside DHA 5 extension area DHA Lahore held back the ballot till location of ring road was final. Since Lahore Ring road is already built in this area now DHA wont have to worry any more how much land is going into Lahore ring road.

Do you think it would have been better if 30% plots or even built houses fell into Lahore Ring road path if DHA Lahore have already developed it before. DHA tried to protect you and tried to help all other phases residents of the area. If Lahore DHA Phase 5 ext was already made Ring road could have been running along Hudaira drain instead of where it is now.
