Khayaban e Amin Lahore Info

Khayaban e Amin Lahore is a housing project of Sahir Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. which they launch in year 2005. At that time they were selling 5 Marla double storey house in 16 to 17 lac rupees.

This was the beginning of project and you need to face many restrictions while buying the house. Restrictions like you can’t sell your house or rent out your house until next 5 years. If you wish to do that then you need to pay 30% extra amount of complete house. This way they attract the real customer who wish to live a standard life in less money.

Khayaban e Amin Lahore Facilities:
In start they only decorate one small block which has following facilities for residencies.

•A Central Park
•A Mosque
•A School: Pak Turk School
•A Community Center
•Commercial shops
•Security Guards
•Basic Utilities: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sanitation
•Shuttle Bus Service

It is hard to give such facilities in low price house but they manage to provide this to a small community. These all facilities are small in size but they are working and people living there are happy with it.

Bad Points about Khayaban e Amin Lahore:
•Small Community
•Away from City
•Have less commercial activity
•Bad Smell of drian

Present Condition:
After 5 years they have launch the new blocks of Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore in which they are selling 5 Marla single storey house on same rate as they sell double storey last time but still it’s very low price as we see the property market.

Houses are quite low price and this time they are giving some additional services which weren’t in there earlier block. e.g. they are giving underground electricity this time and other facilities would be in big size too.
